Yoga is my passion, and I live by the transformative effects of this wonderful practice. Yoga brings us in tune with the spiritual aspect of ourselves and also helps us to feel grounded in the body.


With a background in business and marketing spending the last 5 years in the corporate world, I needed something to bring me back down to earth. Yoga reconnects you, experiences become more meaningful and relationships are stronger.

There are times in your life when your mind and body require a sense of balance and self-care. Taking care of yourself is essential to living happily and grow as a human being. Yoga is an excellent way to take care of your body and explore different movements. 

Yoga practice is a place where we come home to ourselves and release all of the distractions of the world around us including technology and screens. It is becoming more and more important to reconnect, and I love sharing the benefits yoga has to offer.

Bri has studied Ashtanga and Hatha asana, classical yoga philosophy, Sanskrit chanting, and meditation in South India and holds a RYT 200HR teacher certification.
